Yes, he plays MC Pee Pants (who was a Diaper-wearing Spider, Cow, Worm, and Old Man depending on the episode.), the insane rap super star that just won't die.
He also does Hesh's voice in Sealab 2021.

fettes vette is a pretty funny song, and so is the tussin. Haven't heard too much besides that. for some unknown reason, he reminds me a bit of eminem, back on the marshall mathers LP. More of the comedy songs, instead of the hedonistic/gangsta rap BS.
