2 days left people, and very little response from anyone!

Also, if you want buttons from Arcadeshop.de let me know too, as I'll be doing an order there at the same time :-)

Guess what's happening tomorrow?! :-)

If you want anything, then TODAY (22nd Feb 2010) is the day to let me know!

Ok, this order has now been finalised and paid for - if anyone else wanted in, I'm afraid it's too late :{

A quick post to summarise this order.

Arcadespareparts were very helpful, and their customer service was good. Once the order was made, there was a wait of about a week since a part was not in stock, but once this was ready it took two days (!!) to arrive from Hong Kong, by FedEx.

The metal connecting tubes are very good quality (metal lined, so hopefully more durable than the Konami ones), and I highly recommend them.

The marquee holders are less good; it was slightly too large (by about 1mm) for my marquee, and the screwholes were in the wrong place for all but two of th holes (so I needed to drill the marquee, and cut the side to get it to fit). Perhaps this is because I have a Korean cab, but in any case be careful with that item.

No idea how the sensors are, since I didn't buy any personally.

The sensors are pretty good.... they need wrapping round your finger a couple of times to loosen them up. With a double foam mod, they are now down to one finger triggers.

foot speed
cleared up to and including 15's without any pad

PA
99'd 3 11's without any random dropped freezes or PM's
re-AAA'd Daikenkai Heavy first try

so yeh not bad, but most of the work you need to do is outside of the sensor itself.

Excellent stuff. Arcadespareparts.com gets two thumbs up!

Oh, and for the record, Arcadeshop.de were good too - I bought start buttons (they don't sell select buttons, sadly), LED bulbs and barrel locks, and all of them did the job nicely. All received by me a week after ordering.
