you just put it in once, apparently you can do it without even putting money in just wait for the title to cycle round and you'll get a noise.
Ive not heard anything good about the troc machine though so its 99% safe to assume its still bad

What dancefreak says is true. no credits are required to input the codes. Simply wait for the title screen and input the code. Once done the icon will update in the top-right.

The down/left pads on P2 stuck alot just by treading on them (this resolved by hitting the centre of the metal of the P2 pad) and down on P1 stuck and just randomly released itself.
Ok, tried this and the previous code (as dancefreak says 'Taj He Spitz (Tommie Sunshine's Brooklyn Foire Re-Touch)/DKC Crew' from the second update code isn't available on the machine,) yesterday and no update noise was heard even after doing both codes several times, even though the pads on both sides appeared to light up and not stick when inputting the codes.
Can anyone confirm that any codes other than the first have been successfully input to the machine?

Im not sure if you get a sound or anything but an icon is infact supposed to appear on the title screen when its done correctly, and thanks for posting that up.
The p1 side is "playable" now in that when i played it , i AAA'd my first song (Loving you epidemik remix) then got like 98% on Silent Hill 3rd xmas mix due to incredibly awkwardly bad syncing and the down arrow locking up midway through the song for about 5 seconds or so giving me misses. Then got like 93% on On the break with 0 greats due to the down arrow just randomly jamming itself in and refusing to come undone.
The pattern repeated itself the next day even though this time i played in socks and treaded incredibly lightly... so im not quite sure whats wrong but its playable for about 5 minutes before it needs a rest now.
P2 Side should still be avoided at all costs though
